Repairing the Foundation Cap

The rear if the house had a rotten sill.  We had to tear off the back porch and the deck in order to get to it.  In doing so we determined that the whole wall was pretty much rotten so we tore the whole thing down and started over.

First - tear off the porch and deck, one piece at a time.

We re-framed all the way to the right side corner, then around another 6 feet. Next we will continue to the left of the hole shown here...
